We value a sales process that includes a complete review of risks as well as a list of possible solutions. We will be there for customers to help their future, when they buy a new car, when they have their first child, when they retire and more importantly when they experience an unfortunate event such as a catastrophe, loss of property or loss of a loved one. We are there to help them protect what is most important to them and their families. There is no greater feeling than knowing we can replace the financial loss even though we cannot replace property or lives.

Before joining our agency, Kate held multiple senior leadership roles at another large Insurance Company. Kate’s extensive background also includes managing and supporting agency development country wide, and delivering high-impact training and customer service. With a strong foundation in sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and customer-focused service, Kate is excited to bring her experienc to the local community. Before joining our team, she worked as an Insurance Producer at another national insurer, where she built lasting customer relationships, helped identify coverage needs, and delivered tailored insurance solutions across multiple lines. Her experience collaborating preparing accurate quotes, and providing top-tier customer service helps every customer feel supported and understood. With over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including recruiting and hospitality, Regan has developed excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a true commitment to helping people. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for customers, whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding them through important insurance decisions. Originally from Vicksburg, Michigan, Regan is excited to serve the local community through her role at the agency. Her organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach make her a valuable part of our team.
